today pe sucked.. crap tis nordin made ME run 400m in 1'50 after we already ran like 4 rounds.. nuts almost vomited when i came back.. sick ass!!!

watched hostage today finally.. managed to talk der n rey into watching at tm.. equally shocking is e company of shaun.. haha.. he join us for his maiden movie with us.. amazing..

the show was quite fantasic.. haha.. very nice.. recommended for those who like SWAT, SNIPER, HOSTAGE RESCUE, POLICE MISSIONS etc genre of shows.. shaun say he almost feel asleep.. haiz either he dun like this kind of show (i think he likes HORROR ones like boogeyman) or e company he's with not very ideal.. haha.. j/k ar shaun no offence.. hahaha..
