excursion to IMH

today i went to escort a patient from IMH to saf ward in AH..

had a hard time finding the place.. stupid IMH i think they are conscious of how others view them tt they have to hide their hospital name.. there was like no signs around to tell us the building was IMH.. even though we in right in front of it, we din noe and went one big round before finally realising.. crap..


wow the wards are quite creepy.. 3 locked doors loh.. i passed thru 2 doors and i saw a patient stading at the 3rd door glass panel creepily looking at us.. very gloomy place man..

heard from the patient who i picked up (stayed there for 1 week cuz of major depression), tt the pple inside fight and tie each other to beds one.. they can even smoke and he even saw one of them consuming ice (NOT the solid state of water - in case u're dumb enuf to tt extent)..


i saw their time table and they do the same thing everyday.. oh god... but they're allowed visits from family/frens daily.. kinda suprising... but yet they cant have handphones (allowed 1 call less than 3 mins a day).. no internet access too... which is bad.. think twice b4 u pple decide to go mad ya?



as i was leaving, i saw a senior medic i dun like.. lol.. he was walking at the lobby in patient's clothes... found out he's there for depression too.. lol.. but he can walk around the place w/o being locked cuz the doctor deems him stable..
