sedentary lifestyle..

thats the life i'm leading.. played badminton for life (something like weekly pe session) today.. after a while i'm so exhausted already.. back ache, thigh about to cramp...

but ya la i kinda suck badly at badminton when playing with the 2 other medics (i.e. i got trashed).. hahaha.. i guage myself ok at badminton la.. they're really good.. hahah.. trying to save some PRIDE.. :P


i haven really exercised since june.. kinda long time if u think of it.. that was the last time i ran 2.4km..


i have duty tmr.. sigh.. have to be in camp by 830am.. only consolation i guess is that soon huat has duty too tmr.. yay! *laughs sadistically*.. since same camp we can go together.. at least someone else shares my agony.. lol.. sh if u read this 8am at tanah hor.. dun late..


someone i'm beginning to find it difficult to express myself.. i.e. cant find words to put forward what i want to say.. maybe this's the effect of not having written gp essays in 1 year.. yes exactly 1 year? ytd was A lvl gp.. hahaha

maybe my brain is getting rusty.. cerebellum, cerebellar, hypothalamus, medulla oblongata etc etc etc.. all starting to turn into Fe2O3 due to prolonged exposure to air and water.. and lack of use.. hahahahaha... ok i know this's damn lame.. i'm jus trying to recall some terms from secondary sch la.. and revise some chem in the process.. lol..



anw i'm going to jarkata on 30th nov - 3rd dec... yea...


speaking of which, new rule in SAF says we cant take leave one shot just before we ord.. sucks.. damn sway leh all the directives change when it comes to my batch.. so bitchy 1.. 1st we cant store leaves from year 1 to the 2nd year.. now this.. grrrrrrrr


digressing, my left arm is numb.. took influenza vaccination today.. requirement.. i think it costs like 50 bucks outside.. its free in camp so watever la.. i think b4 ord i go get myself immunised against hep A, hep B, typhoid, tetanus, chicken pox.. ytd the reservist i talked to was saying that we should since it costs damn much if u go to gp to take.. those blood sucking gps.. zzz
