a lesson to learn...

imagine at ur wedding.. u invite ur non-same race friends.. (let's not say wat race la i dun wanna be accused of inciting racial tensions)

the table is specially catered cuz they cant eat certain tpyes of food we chinese do (getting quite obvious le.. haha).. and the meat served has to undergo special type of killing..

the table however still costs the same as the rest.. eg. around 600-700 for 10 pple la...


imagine then they turn up.. and they give red packets too.. and each contain *drumroll* ..... $8.. EIGHT DOLLARS... a very aupicious number no doubt.. but come on i mean EIGHT DOLLARS?? lol..


okay this really happened.. my sis's fren bro wedding.. whahaha.. the parents and wife blamed him for inviting them.. lol..


wah lao aei they think is void-deck wedding ar? self cooked food???????? $8 cant even pay for the 1st dish la.. or maybe the door gift.. diaoz...... bu zhi dong..


then my parents was saying in HK last time they used to announce before the wedding dinner starts how much each guest gives in the ang bao.. after that the guests will be seated in different tables accordingly.. whaha.. i.e. $8 will be getting fried rice, mineral water, peanuts, salted fish, salted veg etc.. haha u get wat i mean.. and those giving more will of cuz get much better food...


quite a good idea.. i wonder why they scraped this.. :P its like some pple go jus to get a free meal la, must give them wat they deserve.. lol.. :S.. maybe one reason why its not feasible is cuz the hotel needs to prepare the food in advance.. hmmm.. must figure a way to get past this stumbling block..


OK NEXT TIME U PEOPLE TRY HOR... i'll observe the response.. lol..


i noe red packets its the tot tt counts.. but still its common practise to give based on how much the meal costs + a little rite... should be la though i nv go b4... hmmmmmm..
