it read "1 yr 1 mth more".. filled me with ecstacy when i saw that.. in 2 days it'll be my turn to proudly proclaim that.. 2 days later of cuz being the 7th of nov.. =)

11 months.. thats how long since i've been conscripted
11 months.. thats how much slacking i've done (minus the 1st 3 months)
11 months.. thats the amount of time i've sacrificed
11 months.. thats the amount of youth i've lost
11 months.. thats how long i've been paid pathetically

4, thats the number of semesters we'll be lagging behind



i'd be the 1st to admit we're being paid to do nothing (almost)
i'd also be among the 1st few to admit we're wasting taxpayers money (kinda)
i'd also be the 1st one to opt out given the choice.. (2 years vs more tax to support a regular army, i'd choose the latter)


if any female is willing to serve 2 years, and be willing to draw allowances similar to the males, i salute her, regardless of her rank, religion, race or language.. maybe 50 years later when we're facing serious population shortage..


we're really the unfortunate (most nsf), led by the unqualified (mainly uneducated regulars and some lousy nsf), to do the unnecessary (matter of perception, its ok if u have a different mindset), for the ungrateful (who they are is quite explicit)


and my counter's 1st digit has finally hit 3.. i'm waiting patiently..
